WHO is GULF COAST CONCIERGE?
ANN MENCHEN, Founder
As a busy professional and single mom, there never seemed to be enough hours in the day. I often thought how helpful it would be to have someone you can trust to manage life’s necessary tasks/to-do's, no matter how unrelated each one may be.
In 2022, after spending most of my adult life in Tampa, I left my career as a non-profit fundraiser and moved to my forever home in Homosassa. With my daughter heading off to college to follow her dreams, I knew it was time to follow mine.
Working with C-Level executives and donors of all levels, I have become expert at efficiently managing projects and operations while developing strong, trusting relationships with my employers, colleagues, and clients. As the owner of Gulf Coast Concierge, I am dedicated to taking the stress out of your life so that you can spend your time doing what you love most.
