What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. 

 
For services requested outside of normal business hours, additional fees may be applied.
 

What are your fees for services rendered after hours?

After hours work is billed at one and a half times the hourly rate.

Holiday work is billed at two times the hourly rate.

What are your observed holidays?
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, first night of Chanukah, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the first night of Passover.
 

What locations do you serve?
Citrus, Hernando and Marion counties. However, due to the nature of our business, most of our services can be provided from anywhere in the U.S. or abroad.
 

How much notice do you require to perform services?
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for all task requests to avoid additional fees and to ensure we are available to accommodate the request.
 

Gulf Coast Concierge or its Independent Agents (agents) have the discretion to refuse tasks, or request additional staff if deemed necessary.

When do you expect payment?
Payments are required in full and in advance of services, except for Hourly Services which will be billed upon completion. 

Any purchases made on behalf of the client will be paid with the payment information on file.

Payments rendered are considered fully earned and nonrefundable.
 

How does travel get billed?
Travel in the tri-county area (Citrus, Marion and Hernando counties) is included with your package. Travel outside the tri-county area will be billed based on the agreed upon hourly rate.
 

Travel that incurs additional expenses, including but not limited to parking or tolls, will be billed separately and processed with the payment method on file. 

What are your payment options?
Bank draft (ACH) is our preferred method of payment. We also accept cash and AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Venmo, and Zelle.  
 

Payments should never be made directly to any agent of Gulf Coast Concierge, though the agent may transport checks or cash on behalf of the Client to Gulf Coast Concierge.
 

Payments not received by the due date will result in work cessation.
 

How do I terminate services?
Must be provided in writing and unused hours at time of termination will be forfeited.
 

​What are Independent Agents (agents) of Gulf Coast Concierge?
Gulf Coast Concierge is a licensed business and is a subcontractor of the Client.
 

Client has no rights or responsibility to withhold any taxes from or provide any benefits to Gulf Coast Concierge.
 

Agents or other Gulf Coast Concierge Team Members used to accomplish tasks are not considered employees. Gulf Coast Concierge will make every effort to contract with competent, honest, and trustworthy individuals. This includes a federal criminal background check and driver license check on every independent agent.
 

Can I contact my Independent Agent (agent) directly?
Contacting an agent directly by any means outside of the Gulf Coast Concierge assigned phone number and email is a direct violation of their contract with Gulf Coast Concierge, will jeopardize their standing with Gulf Coast Concierge, and will be considered a violation of your agreement.
 

Should services be discontinued due to a violation of your agreement, all fees paid will be forfeited.
 

Is my information kept confidential?
Our client’s personal information is kept confidential and private at all times, except where authorized by the client or required by law.
 

Client agrees that by supplying their phone number they are acknowledging and agreeing to communications (opt-in) via phone call and texting that relate to the requested services from Gulf Coast Concierge, its independent agents, and team members.

Client agrees that by supplying their email they are acknowledging and agreeing to communications that relate to requested services and important company communications from Gulf Coast Concierge and its agents.
